"Horrible experience!!! Worst I’ve ever experienced in any professional relationship of mine. Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to conduct business with Tod himself, however his office help was terrible! I even shared with the employee I was new to this, first time having to handle a situation as such, and that I had a lot of questions and uncertainties.
